North Star Refrigeration, Heating & Cooling, Inc. recently acquired Jordan
Mechanical & Refrigeration, Inc. A small operation which was involved in
some unique service categories. It has complimented what we do and we hope
that all Jordan Mechanical & Refrigeration, Inc. customers find that North Star
will enhance their service experience and bottom line.
Food Basic's Arrives in Metropolitan Detroit
Recently North Star Refrigeration, Heating & Cooling, Inc. was
rewarded a contract by Food Basics Grocery Stores to
remodel nine existing grocery stores including two in Northern Ohio, that were
conversions from Farmer Jack's grocery stores. Our
capabilities allowed us to deliver this project on time and with in
budget.

At North Star Refrigeration, Heating & Cooling, Inc. it is our goal to have the
most knowledgeable staff in the market segments we operate in. For this
reason we encourage our staff to continuously improve their skills and knowledge
in the field. It is not an easy task to execute this as our technicians
are always gainfully employed on projects and in service operations. Our
executive staff gives 110% support to it's field managers and crew in these
training matters. Michael Tillman - Superintendent of Service Operations
and currently tasked as West Region Supervisor,
Dean Valente - East Region Service Manager and Bruce Pascoe - Construction
Manager, are always on the go, not only with coordinating training,
service and construction operations, but insuring our team flows and fits
together.
Career
North Star Refrigeration, Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a signatory employer of the
United Alliance of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitters Local 636 - Detroit.
Recently Local 636 membership honored two North Star employees for dedicated service.
Owner and Chairman Randy Chabot Sr. and Senior Lead Service Technician Dennis
Delisle were awarded 30 year pins for years of service to the Local. Our
leadership at North Star speaks for itself.
